As part of efforts to be customer-centric culture, SIC Life Insurance Limited has unveiled Customer Service Ambassadors.
The ambassadors are to among other things promote their brand and also serve as a bridge between the company and its clients.
All 23 branches of SIC Life Insurance across the country will have a customer service ambassador to promote the core values of the company.
Also, the company also unveiled its mascot called ‘Wɔfa Ahotɔ’ which will also help promote the brand.
Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of SIC Life Insurance Ltd, Kwaku Appiah-Menka II said the introduction of the ambassadors is timely.
He indicated that the ambassadors will augment the company’s strategy of creating a customer-centric culture that enhances customer experience.
Mr Appiah-Menka II said though they are doing well in terms of customer satisfaction, they will not rest on their oars.
“We will continue to delight our cherished customers by always providing a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on” he stressed.
The SIC Life MD charged all staff especially the Customer Service Ambassadors to work hard to enable them to achieve their corporate vision of being the leading and most trusted company in the industry.
“I entreat all staff most especially Customer Service Ambassadors to uphold in high esteem all four of the company’s core values which are: Customer Focus, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity. By so doing, we will deliver on our promise of “Absolute Peace of Mind’.
For his part, Head Corporate Services at SIC Life, Albert Bahun-Wilson said the initiative is to provide absolute peace of mind to their customers who are “true friends for life”.
“Wɔfa Ahotɔ is an embodiment of that SIC Life ambassador who will help communicate and inculcate the importance of our four core values which will ultimately give the customer absolute peace of mind” he stated.
Mr Bahun-Wilson added that ‘Wɔfa Ahotɔ’ is the epitome of what SIC Life stand for, “which is to provide our customers with an absolute peace of mind. A life with no worries and anxiety!”
